Happy Summer or weather that feels like summer! Heat makes some of us slow down, nature is in bloom and schedules are shifting. It’s a good time to take advantage of taking your time doing things, being more aware of yourself and taking more time for yourself.
Taking Alexander Technique lessons in the summer is a perfect way to say to family and friends, I need time to reassess how I use myself. As one gets older, and to prepare for the future, efficiency and peace become more attractive.
Adding Alexander Technique to my roster of bodywork practices ten years ago primed me for a best of use, for the rest of my life, and to pass on my 34 years of being a practitioner of the Healing Arts to my students.
